GeekEZ Browser
Few independent reviews exist yet: GitHub feedback on GeekEZ Browser, an Electron app that drives a standard Chrome build through Puppeteer with built-in Xray proxies, is mostly bug reports. Users report profiles losing network access, launch failures after updates and identical fingerprints across profiles, which the developer attributed in December 2025 to not modifying the browser core. A local-API flaw that exposed cookies and saved passwords was fixed in October 2026.

Security
In September 2026 a researcher reported that GeekEZ Browser 1.7.1's unauthenticated local API, when enabled, let any web page read profile settings and export cookies and saved passwords. Version 1.8.1, released on 13 October 2026, added API authentication keys to fix it.

Antidetect browsers are used to run several accounts side by side, for ad verification and for privacy. Using them to break a platform’s rules can still get accounts banned.
