Chrome Power

Chrome Power began as an open-source fingerprint browser, but it now only runs separate local Chrome windows with their own proxies, window sync and a local API. GitHub reports focus on main-process errors, windows stuck as running, proxy failures and launch problems on some Windows and Mac machines. Since mid-2025 most new issues have gone unanswered, though a release shipped in December 2025.

Chrome Power is free and open source (AGPL-3.0) with no paid tier, account or profile limit. It opens your locally installed Chrome for each window rather than a patched browser, and its README says fingerprint spoofing is no longer supported.

In early 2025 the sole maintainer stopped maintaining fingerprint spoofing and disabled it in the code, so Chrome Power now only manages separate Chrome windows with their own proxies.

Other antidetect browsers

Antidetect browsers are used to run several accounts side by side, for ad verification and for privacy. Using them to break a platform’s rules can still get accounts banned.
